At the same time, each student receives the full spectrum of psychiatric services necessary for the comprehensive long-term care of adolescents with major psychiatric illnesses. The regimen typically includes two group therapy sessions each day, twice-weekly individual/family therapy sessions, a weekly family support group and a weekly medication monitoring session with our staff psychiatrist.

Cornerstone operates under an extended school calendar so that the academic and therapeutic gains made during the year can be sustained. Thus, classes and treatment continue during the summer months.
